Privacy Policy for Retreats

  1. In order to reserve a spot at one of our retreats, we require a 50% deposit payable electronically, and the remainder of the amount payable in cash or electronically at least 1 week prior to arrival.

  2. In case of a last minute registration, the full amount of the retreat is to be paid BEFORE getting to the retreat location.

  3. If one decides to leave the location before the retreat is officially over, for whichever reason, there will be no full, nor partial refunds.  The transportation back home will occur at the expense of the guest.

  4. If one decides to cancel their retreat, there will be no refund for that. Guests can join the retreat late during day 1 or even day 2 of the retreat in the event of late flights or other contingencies. The retreat can be rescheduled to a different date limited to 1 rescheduling, based on availability, only if we are notified at least 2 weeks in advance and the deposit will carry over as follows:

    • 2 weeks notice – 100% of deposit transferable

    • 1 – 2 weeks notice – 80% of deposit transferable

    • 0 – 1 weeks notice – 60% of deposit transferable

    • No show – deposit is forfeited

    Rescheduling of any retreat only within 12 months of cancellation.

  5. We expect all guests to respect the healing processes of themselves and others, the medicines and traditions we work with, and the personal boundaries of others in the group. The following offenses are intolerable, and can result in being sent home without question and without refund at the sole discretion of our staff:

    • Sexual harassment towards guests or staff.

    • Behavior that puts your own or others’ safety at risk. (i.e. not following the dieta)

    • Repetitive disruptive behaviors inside or outside ceremony that creates discomfort for other guests or significantly interferes with the healing process of other guests.

    • The use of substances/drugs of any kind taken to or consumed at the retreat location.

    • Theft of any kind – we aim to cultivate a trusting and family-style culture at our retreats, where every person and their belongings are safe and secure.

  6. Our staff reserves the right to send anyone home at any time at our discretion.

  7. We do not share personal or contact information between guests without the explicit permission of the guest.

  8. We reserve the right to withhold any ceremonies happening at any retreats if deemed medically unsafe (i.e. not following the dieta, showing signs of psychosis, etc.).

  9. We reserve the right to not accept guests at the discretion of our staff.
